Let them order before they walk in
Your own order-ahead page for pickup. The ticket is waiting when they arrive, and the whole ticket stays with you.
In short
Coffeeloc Ordering gives a café or restaurant its own order-ahead page. A guest opens the venue's menu link — from the table, the pavement, or on the way over — picks items and places the order. The ticket appears on the venue dashboard with a short code and moves through preparing, ready and completed, with the guest seeing each change. Returning guests can repeat a past order in one tap from their order list. Orders can be for pickup or, if the venue runs its own drivers, for delivery. Coffeeloc charges a flat subscription instead of a percentage, so no part of the order value is taken. Ordering is a Pro plan feature at $9 per month.
The queue is the product
The morning rush is the reason a regular walks past you to somewhere quieter. Ordering ahead moves the wait out of your room — they order on the way and collect a cup that is already made.
A flat fee, not a slice
Marketplace platforms take a percentage of every order, forever, and the busier you get the wider the gap. A subscription does not scale with your revenue.
The customer is yours
An order placed on a marketplace creates a marketplace customer. An order placed on your own page creates a customer record you can actually reach later.
One menu, not a second system
Ordering switches on over the QR menu you already built. Nothing to re-enter and no second catalogue to keep in sync.
The second order is one tap
A returning guest opens their order list and repeats a past order without walking the menu again. Same items, same collection. If something has come off the menu or changed price, the basket opens for them to confirm instead.
A queue your counter can read
Every ticket carries a short code like A47 so staff can call it out. The list defaults to what is still active, and the guest sees the status you set.
How it works
-
1
Turn ordering on
It applies to the QR menu you already have. Choose pickup, delivery, or both.
-
2
Share the link
The same link is your table QR, your counter QR and the link in your social bio.
-
3
The ticket hits your dashboard
New orders appear at the top of the active queue with a short code.
-
4
Preparing, ready, collected
Move it through the queue and the guest watches the status change on their phone.
Common questions
Does Coffeeloc take a commission on orders?
No. Pricing is a flat subscription of $9 per month on the Pro plan. The order value itself is never touched, however many orders you take.
Can guests choose a pickup time?
Not yet. An order starts as soon as it lands on your dashboard, which suits the coffee-and-pastry case it was built for. Timed slots are not part of the current release.
How do customers pay?
Payment handling depends on how the venue is set up — orders can be taken for payment on collection or on delivery.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. The menu and the order both open in the phone browser from a link or a QR code.
Can a regular reorder their usual quickly?
Yes. Past orders carry an "Order this again" button that places the same items in one tap. If an item has since sold out or a price has changed, the basket opens with the change flagged rather than placing the order silently.
Is ordering available on the free plan?
No. Ordering requires the Pro plan. The digital stamp card, QR menu and customer list are all free up to 100 customers.
Do I still need the delivery platforms?
Most venues keep them for discovery and push their regulars to direct ordering. The platforms find new customers expensively; ordering ahead keeps the ones you already have.
