Coffeeloc Delivery gives restaurants and cafés a way to run their own drivers instead of a marketplace fleet. Each courier gets a tokenised login that opens a stripped-down screen showing only the orders assigned to them, and a single action to mark an order delivered. Couriers cannot see the owner dashboard, customer list, or any other part of the account. Delivery runs on top of online ordering, so it requires the Pro plan.
Couriers see orders, nothing else
A courier login opens straight onto their own delivery list. No dashboard, no customer database, no revenue figures. The access is scoped by role, not by asking them not to look.
One tap to confirm
Delivered is a single action from the courier's phone. The order closes on your side at the same moment, so the kitchen queue stays honest.
No dispatcher phone calls
Assignment happens in the order queue. The courier sees the job appear rather than waiting for someone to ring them with an address.
Works with part-time drivers
Each courier has their own login link, so a driver who works two nights a week has access on those nights and nothing shared with anyone else.

Can couriers see my customer list?
No. The courier role is restricted to a standalone delivery screen and is blocked from the owner dashboard entirely.
Do couriers need to install anything?
No. They open a link on their phone and log in with it.
Is there a limit on how many couriers I can add?
Couriers are staff records — the same staff limits as your plan apply.
Do I need the Pro plan for delivery?
Yes. Delivery orders come through online ordering, which is a Pro feature at $9 per month.
