Coffeeloc Campaigns will let venues send bulk SMS and email to the customer list built by their loyalty programme and direct orders. It is not yet available: the feature is in development and the dashboard section is disabled. Everything it depends on — the customer records, contact details and visit history — is already collected today, so the list will be ready when campaigns launch.

No. Campaigns are in development and the dashboard section is currently disabled. The customer list they will use is being collected now.
Will I need to import my customers when it launches?
No. The records created by loyalty and ordering are the same records campaigns will use.
Will SMS cost extra?
SMS pricing has not been set. Sending messages has a real per-message cost, so it will not be unlimited on the free plan.
